A Grown Up Robin Hood, Better than the One I Loved in Childhood.

R.A. Moss's version of the Robin Hood tale is great adventure, romantically charged, yet more adult, complex, with great social commentary for our times.

Strong, updated story line

An updated version of the Robin Hood legend adding twists to both plot and character. A strong story line that extends from Robin's early days on a farm outside of Nottingham and then stretching over the course of many years- as friend to King Richard, outlaw, noble and eventually king- when he ultimately must face both loss and a reckoning with past decisions.

A fantastic twist on the Robin Hood legend!

I'm a huge fan of alternate history in general, with work by authors like Harry Turtledove and Robert Harris occupying a decent part of my library. King Robin fits in well with this genre, offering a unique new perspective on the Robin Hood character that fits contemporary sensibilities well and has a thoroughly cinematic quality to the flow of the story.

A Different Tale from Sherwood

Seniors who knew Robin Hood and his merry men from years ago can enjoy this version and visualize the battles and acts of gallantry. A movie version would be welcome.
